Housekeeping Guidelines:
Bedroom & Bathroom
B E D R O O M
-
The best way to allow proper circulation in your room is to leave your door slightly open.
-
The bedroom is exclusive to you.
-
MRez students may visit each other however, you must keep the door open.
-
All other visitors are not allowed in the bedroom.
-
-
Please keep belongings away from the walls to avoid scratches.
-
We supply two sets of bed sheets which are replaced every 6 weeks. Comforter/bed cover are replaced less often because it is not directly in contact with you.
-
In the winter:
-
** There are 4 layers of sheets on the bed:
the bottom sheet, the top sheet,
the blanket and the comforter/bed cover. -
Make sure to sleep between the bottom sheet and the top sheet. **
This is to protect the blanket and comforter/bed cover because these cannot be washed as often.
(This will be demonstrated to you on your first week)
-
-
Make sure your window is locked every time you go out OR when the heater/air-conditioner is on.
-
Food is NOT allowed in the bedroom except for water and dry snacks.
-
For example: chips, cookies, etc.
-
However, these snacks must be sealed and eaten with care to avoid any bugs or rats.
