English must be spoken inside the home, especially when we are around.
H O U S E K E Y

We will provide you a house key during your stay.

You must return the key to us the day you leave.

Make sure to bring your key with you when you go out.

Keep your key safe, in a zipped pocket, to avoid it falling out.

If you lose they key, you are responsible to pay for new locks and 6 copies of the new key.

For safety, please make sure to lock the front door when you leave and when you arrive.

You may store up to 2 pairs of shoes in the designated storage on the wall.

Any other shoes must be stored on the designated shoe mat in your room .

You must provide your own:

Snacks

Lunch box, utensils, & bag

House slippers

Facial tissue

Toothbrush/toothpaste, shampoo/conditioner

When leaving a room remember to turn the light off.

Keep off any unnecessary lights, especially during the day.

Make sure to completely turn off water taps after every use.

Try to limit 1 shower/day no longer than 30 minutes.

Make sure your window is locked every time you go out or when the heater/air-conditioner is on.

Unplug any unused devices from the outlets especially when you go out.

For example: chargers for laptops, cell phones, etc.

You may use the wireless internet with your own wireless devices.

All online activity must be legal and appropriate.
