S E C U R I T Y  D E P O S I T

• When you confirm your stay,  there is a 10% Security deposit based on the rented room.

• This deposit will be used to hold the chosen room and will go towards any damage done to the room during your stay.  

• On the day you leave, after removing your belongings, we will inspect the room and if there are no damages, we will refund the deposit.

 

R E N T

• The day you arrive first and last month's rent is due.

• The day you arrive will also be the day your monthly rent is due.

  • For example: If you arrive January 10th, your rent will be due on the 10th day of every month.

• It is your responsibility to pay on time​

• Rent cannot be reduced for anytime away (see: Length of Stay and Absences)

• Preferred payment method is by E-transfer to the Homestay's email.

L E N G T H   O F S T A Y

• Minimum stay is 1 full semester (September - January, or February - June)

• If  you decide to adjust the length of your stay please let us know as soon as possible. 

 

A B S E N C E S

• If you decide to go away for any holidays/breaks please let us know as soon as possible.

• During any absences, the student is still required to pay the month in full.        

 

C U R F E W  & S A F E T Y

• Please be home by these times:

  • Sunday – Thursday; 10:00 pm

  • Friday – Saturday; 12:00 am

• Let us know if you will not be home for dinner so we can make arrangements.

• Your safety is our priority.

  • Please make sure to contact us if you will be coming home late.

  • Before leaving, text us the name, and number of those you are with in case your phone loses battery and cannot be reached.

• During weekdays, if you come home after curfew and your lunch box is not at home,  we may be unable to make your packed lunch for the following day.
